About This Course

Optimise your testosterone with 10 evidence-based lessons delivered every 3 days for 28 days. This course will teach you the science behind testosterone production, availability, and receptor activity; the whole"testosterone system". This course goes far beyond "eat more protein and lift heavy".

You'll learn to optimise the HPG axis through sleep architecture and energy availability. You'll understand the effects of different types of exercise on testosterone, manage the cortisol-testosterone relationship, eliminate endocrine disruptors, and build a sustainable programme to prioritise what actually matters: sleep, body composition, resilience, and good nutrition.

This course is designed for men who feel they're experiencing low energy, decreased libido, or training plateaus due to lifestyle factors. It's not for those with clinical or pathologically low testosterone.
